Safe Summer

Here's how we have planned our services for summer 2021 at Hotel Antibes:

SANITIZING AND CLEANING.
Attention to hygiene and cleanliness has always been a priority for us, you, our customers, recognize it as a strong point and this year more than ever we will pay attention to the cleaning and sanitizing systems of the rooms, we are ready and prepared! Our staff is up to date and punctually equipped to clean and sanitize your rooms that will be sanitized before your arrival with automatic systems and certified products.
Even the common areas will be sanitized more than once a day with products that guarantee results in accordance with the law in force.



RESPECT AND USE OF COMMON AREAS
Although our hotel is not very large, it can count on several spaces, both indoor and outdoor, which are a plus and this year will be used more carefully.
We will respect the distances in the restaurant and a maximum number of 55 people can have lunch and dinner at the same time in the restaurant.
In the event that there is more people, meal times will be extended.
The same attention to space will be found in other common areas, such as the veranda, the bar, up to our relaxation areas, the solarium and poolside where it will be important to respect safety distances.
This year we will not have a vegetable buffet at meals, but we will certainly not let you miss out on anything.
Breakfast will be buffet style and can be enjoyed in total freedom and safety in the dining room or on the veranda.
We ask you to help us in this new way of hospitality and we are convinced that with your help we will be able to spend a safe and worry-free holiday.

CHILDREN AND ENTERTAINMENT IN THE HOTEL
Our family vocation has always paid particular attention to services for children. At this time, we have organized our beloved Mini Club with a new format taking into account the new regulations and being able to offer you 6 hours service each day.
The outdoor area adjacent to the pool will still be at your disposal.

POOL AREA AND SOLARIUM
As regards the pool area and solarium, there will be rules, so we will also need your help, so that our children observe them.
In addition to ensuring your safety, we take care of sanitizing sunbeds, deck chairs and all surfaces that require it. The maximum number of guests who can occupy the large pool at the same time is updated in accordance with the regulation, and are about 16 people, and the maximum number of people in the solarium area are 25. With these limitations we ask you to help us to share the space, so that everyone can enjoy their time in the water and their space!


ENJOY THE BEACH IN SAFETY AND RELAXATION
The great beaches of Riccione are already so welcoming and comfortable that, in addition to the safety distances that the new protocols have established, our lifeguards have already taken steps on their own initiative to increase the spaces to ensure greater comfort and safety for our guests.
It will not be possible to organize traditional activities such as group dances, gymnastics, entertainment for children and adults for now, while “1 against 1” games will be possible but in ways that are still to be defined by the hotel.
Children's games will also be possible with limited access and with the collaboration of parents.
We will keep you constantly updated on all these aspects and also with the precious help of our lifeguards!

BOOKING PROCEDURE
Following the situation in which we found ourselves, your serenity comes first, so we thought of booking conditions and cancellation policies appropriate for this particular moment:

• A deposit will be required upon each reservation.
• Cancellation and modification of the reservation is free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
• If there are new travel restrictions decided by the government or regions, cancellation will ALWAYS be free!

In the event of cancellations or postponements, alternatives will be considered:

• full refund of the deposit
• change of the dates of stay,
• “VOUCHERS” which can be spent on new stays in the 2021 or 2022 seasons.
